Solar & Batteries .(YES AGAIN )

 .Ah ,BUT there's a difference !! A pal of mine has four 110amphr batteries set up to recieve power via a regulator ,from solar
panel & two wind turbines.The batteries can't keep up with the demand overnight use .He requires to charge the batteries with a battery charger ,SO,what would be the required output rating be from the charger to top up ALL four @ once ?? .
