We are currently down on the Costa Dorada when we had a problem with our Reich EcoLine Mover – one side refused to free itself off the wheel thus preventing the caravan from moving. I managed to free it manually but couldn’t understand how to correct it.
I contacted Reich’s UK office and spoke with Dave Warner who immediately put my mind at ease explaining that this was likely caused by the loss of the blue cap which has to be removed to allow manual operation. Without this cap the system cannot work properly.
Dave’s resolution was to immediately send a couple of replacement caps (FOC) to us by airmail which were graciously received.
Generally today we have totally lost this kind of service and support without which our caravanning holiday could have been a disaster. Thank you Dave for the manner you handled this and a massive recommendation for Reich movers and their customer support.
