Bedding for fixed single beds.

Just about to take delivery of a Bailey Cadiz with single beds. We've never had this layout before and I'm looking for recommendations for bedding. Do we go for fitted sheets and duvets, or something else. Needs to look OK during the day as I think we'll
want to keep the partition between lounge and bed area open for a spacious feel. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
