We, as a family are very new to the caravaning world. We picked up our van in October 2014. Traveled back to Fife taking plenty of stops to try and get used to the setting up and the feel of our new van, which is entry level. However, when camping has been
most of our holidays ( and been rained out for most of our adventures) our caravan feels like a little bit of paradise. Our caravam is a prisoner of storage right now but we have made plans for an adventure in February. So that we don't upset our fellow caravaners
or neighbours, can someone explain what the 'white peg' is and what side you have to be on your pich. Is it if you stand in front of your pitch your van is on your left and car to the right? Or the other way? All we had to worry about when camping was leaving
4 meters in between tents. would appreciate some advice. We've heard there is a way to do things and would like to make sure we are abiding by rules and doing things right.

thanks for your time.
