Hi, first ever post for me, and I need HELP!

Yesterday I took delivery of my new sat nav as above, programmed in the statistics of our Motorhome and played with it for a while, it seemed great.

But....I seem to have wiped the sd card of all information somehow and wondered if anyone else had done this and managed to recover the information via an sd card recovery download? or if purchasing a replacement is the only way? at approx £100. it will
have been a very expensive mistake. I will contact snooper tomorrow but am distressed today! and they are shut.  Any useful info gratefully appreciated. many thanks.
