Leaking Kampa Rally Air Awning

We went to put up our Kampa Rally air awning this week end and to our horror we have a leak.It's not the air pole that is leaking but the small tube that goes from the main air pole to the side one. The one with the isolation valve in. But the leak is on
the wrong side of the valve so the air just vents out. I have rung Kampa and to be fair to them they were most apologetic and are going to send a complete air pole unit free of charge. All I am suggesting is that care needs to be taken not to bend the small tubes
when folding up the awning.
