Proof of service

I have had my new caravan almost a year so it is time to sort the annual service out.  I cannot get my dealer to do it as it is too far away so I will be getting a mobile sevicer (registered) to do it.  What proof will I need/get to ensure that my makers
warranty conditions are fulfilled?  Thanks in advance for any help.
