Bathroom sink sealant

I have noticed that some sealant has come off between the wall (paper) and the sink in the bathroom.  The van is under a year old.  Is this a job for a workshop or do I just buy some (beige) sealant and crack on? If so, any ideas where 'beige' sealant can
be bought?
