Safefill - easy to install?

I have never yet changed a caravan gas cylinder so I am particularly clueless about this. Previous to caravanning,I had a portable gas cannister for camping.

I have one partly used calor lite cylinder. I would like to get a Safefill cas cannister; would this be easy to fit? What would I need to do this?
