Land Rover Discovery tow hitch bike racks

Does anyone have any idea if you can get a reliable bike rack which fits to the tow hitch and still be able to tow the caravan with the bikes on it? I am fed up with taking the bikes in and out of the caravan when touring and I dont want them on the roof!!
