Non-hookup problem

Hi there. Just delivered van to daughter for use this week on non hook up pitch. everything works whilst connected to tug. no 12v electrics when tug disconnected. van is eccles elite diamond 2 berth 2013.

nothing on control panel over door or main board in cupboard. battery fully charged. solar panel operating. what am i missing !

    A fuse by the sound of it. If no 12V is working it has to be the primary fuse.

    Check that the van battery is 'ON' after disconecting the tug. Sometimes happens with mine. Otherwise, as above, a fuse.

    On my van I still have to press the master on button on the charger box under the bed before the control panel above the door will work
