Caravan Stops

Is there such a thing as a database (or similiar) giving details of stops for coffe/comfort breaks that are suitable for caravans?  If you stop at a service station on a motorway there is no issue about parking and the 'joys' of reversing is not an issue. 
However, off the beaten track finding a stop where you can simply drive in and drive out becomes far more of a problem.
