Discovery 3 12n & 12s to 13 pin

I've just bought a 2008 Discovery 3 HSE to tow my Lunar Clubman.

It comes with the old 2 scocket and my caravan has a 13 pin plug.

Does anyone have any information about the correct connections to change these over to a single 13 pin socket please?

Also, will the detachable Swan Neck towball be ok for an Alco hitch?
