Has anyone who has purchased one of this years' batch of awnings had any problems with it?  We ordered ours at the NEC at the beginning of March and took delivery on 5th May,  Luckily we tried it out at home before going away, as it slowly deflated.  The
dealer customer service has been less than satisfactory. Kampa sent us out 3 new air beams so we could rectify the problem ourselves, but after struggling we abandoned our efforts - having paid several hundred pounds why should we be fixing a brand new awning. 
The current situation is that the awning is in a box waiting to go back and we've decided to ask for a refund.  We're feeling very disappointed as we had high hopes for this product.

    I have no experience of this product but have chatted to members who own them and they generally seem very pleased. You have been very unlucky but I feel you have every reason to return the product to the dealer for a refund/exchange. Put it in writing to
    them and don't take no for an answer. Good luck.
