Beechwod Grange York

Hi 

We normally visit Rowntree site at the end of November for the York Fayre, unfortunately too late to get a pitch for next November 2014, so we are booked into Beechwood for the FIRST TIME.  Not too worried about actual site, toilets etc am sure up to
normal CC standards, but because we are motorhomers, and we will NOT BE bringing our tow car or cycles at that time of year - we would like advice as to the WALKING aspect from the site to Monks Cross Park and Ride.  Looking at maps on line do not always give
a clear indication.  We don't mind a walk, as long as it is not having to hop along a dual carriageway!!!
