Help please with choosing an easy to erect awning.

Back to a caravan after 20+ years and remember the times past when my wife would hold the steel poles whilst I would continue to put the awning up.

Times have changed, now I camp alone and need an awning that would be easy to erect.

Fibre poles, air awnings, what to choose? Rather than listen to dealers advice I thought it best to ask the experienced for the good and bad points.
