Motorhome Dealers?

We are in the early stages of thinking about changing our motorhome.    Has anyone had any dealings good or bad with a particular company,  we would welcome your advice.

After sales is very important and have heard bad reports about one or two companies in particular.    Not sure if it would be alrigh to mention them on here, so won't at the moment.
   Have looked at Autotrail and Bessacarr so far, but any advice would be appreciated.
