Telescopic Towel Rail

We had a spring loaded telescopic towel rail in the caravan we have just changed. It had an elastic along its length you could use to clamp the towel in an unfolded way for ease of drying. We left it in the old caravan thinking we could buy a new one but
cannot find one anywhere. Can anyone help with a source or was it a Stirling accessory?
