Just received a letter regarding an issue with 2008 - 2011 bottles. Later bottles are not affected. However, despite buying mine in 2012 thinking it was brand new, the bottle is dated 2008. Thought I would point this out as my initial reaction was that I was not affected. The good news is that they will get a local stockist to replace with a full bottle irespective of how much gas you have used.
