Gaslow and Swift Bolero

I'm going to be spending a good part of 2014 in Europe and was thinking of installing a Gaslow system. My thoughts are to instal one 6kg Gaslow cylinder and retain one Calor cylinder as a backup; i.e. Use it if I can't get LPG. An 11kg Gaslow cylinder would
be better, but I don't think it would leave sufficient space for a spare Calor. My 'van is a 2012 Swift Bolero. Any hints, tips or experiences would be appreciated.
