Replacement clutch For Fiat Ducato

I have a 2005 Fiat Ducato 11 JTD SWB and i think it needs the clutch replacing , has anyone had this done and does this year or model have a concentic slave cylinder or a external slave cylinder , its only done 22.800 miles but appears very light and feels like it is slipping up steep inclines ! where does any one recomend and what was the cost, i live in norfolk advice much appreceated .
