I have just filled in one, as I know just how important it is for the dealership / manufacturers relationship, as my son is in the trade (not at the same dealership). It got me thinking about differing customer perceptions. Would you ever give 10 out of
10 or do you think, however good the service, there is always room for improvement?  So what mark out of 10 would you rate average?
