Passport Renewal

Following recent news reports about time taken to renew a passport we have just had one back in four weeks and two days  from handing it in the application at the Post Office using their checking system to receiving the new one. Texts received from the Passport
Office on the day they actually receive it and the day they are returning it.

For all the complaints it seems a well run service.
