Toilet fuses

I have just got back from a months trip away.   Our first stop was Cherry Hinton for 5 nights.   On our last day the toilet flush in the caravan stopped working.   I have a Lunar Lexon EB 2005.   I went through the fuses in the fuse box, nothing for the
toilet.   I went through my bookwork for the caravan and the toilet, nothing about a fuse there.   Because we were leaving the next day for Sandringham I decided to wait until we got there before trying to find some to ask about it. On arrival at Sandringham
the Staff there gave us details of a man who would come out our assistance. I duly gave him a call and he told me to check the fuse.  I explained my predicament, he asked for the caravan details and then told me where the fuse was. I couldn't believe it when
I looked where he told me.  The fuse was at the back of the toilet cupboard.  So I took the toilet out and had a look.  No sign of a fuse but I could see something sticking out of the side at the back.  You couldn't see if there was a fuse in it.  In the end
I popped it off with a screwdriver, sure enough there was a fuse in it.  The next problem, yoiu can only get one arm in there and have any of you tried pulling a fuse out one handed at full stretch without rippiung out the wiring.   I did manage it in the
end and replaced the fuse.  I still had to call the man back to come and replace the toilet flush pump though.  I'm just wondering how many others have a fuse put in such an awkward position!!!

I have bought an Eccles Sport 586 with a Thetford C260 Toilet. The electronic flush is not working and I'm fairly confident it's the fuse. However - I have searched all the obvious places for the blade fuse but cannot find it. Any help with location would be gratefully received.

@BrunoHunt If you take the cassette out of the cupboard you should be able to see the fuse, from memory higher up at the back.

@BrunoHunt It could also be a seized water pump, some models do not have a fuse, ours does not and when this happens it's a seized pump, easy to get going again, and @TheWellies if they replaced it it could have been that?

@BrunoHunt it might be damp on the control board, under the flushing button. Try taking the assembly out and drying it off with a hair drier, as that has worked for us in the past.

Thank you for suggestions! I have replaced all elements - pump, switch etc. but no joy. I dont have 12v coming down the supply which makes me think its the fuse but cannot find anything. Have checked all fuses at PSU - all seem ok! A bit stuck as everything else in the caravan is working fine.

Did you replace the whole control board? Is there power to it at all? The boards are expensive and often affected by damp, I gave up on ours eventually, and instead fitted a simple push button beside it.

Can you measure the supply voltage to the board? If nothing then it is the board.

Our toilet actually has 2 fuses in the cassette area, one behind the cassette and one on the right near the access door.

Sorry……that should be if NO voltage then it will be a fuse or a loose connection on the supply. If you are looking at blade fuses then you need to test them with a meter to be sure they are OK. Even other fuses are best checked with a meter as they may look OK, but not be OK
