Not sure about anyone else but I do wish CL owners would include a mobile phone number in the book or on thier home answer phones. We do not book in advance and phone when in the area. So often you leave a message on the answer phone but get no reply within
a short space of time, so we phone the next CL. Those who do not have good contact details must lose out on a lot of casual travellers.
