Motor Mover Grabbing Wheel

Hi folks, we have an Elddis Crusader twin axle van with Powrtouch motor mover which when engaged has started to grab on the near side rear wheel, to the extent that the wheel won't turn at all. The obvious answer is the roller is too tight against the tyre
but I've checked the clearances on all 4 rollers when disengaged and they're all 25mm. The tyre pressure's on all 4 wheels are exactly what theyre supposed to be and I've checked underneath to make sure the mouting brackets havent moved at all but it all seems
fine. Before I start taking things to bits with no real clue what I'm doing, has anyone else had experience of this or know how to fix it? Many thanks.
