Ducato electric window fault

The electric windows on my Ducato 2.0 JTD (2005 year) stopped working. The fuses have not blown and wiring on switches appears to be okay. I don't know where the relays are located. My local garage could not resolve problem. Before I go to a FIAT main dealer,
I wonder if anyone has had similar fault, what caused it and how it was fixed?
