Bailey Administration Fee??

We are in the process of buying a 2011 Pegasus Verona from a dealer.

Obviously,I want to keep the remaining Alu-tec warranty so contacted Bailey with the change of ownership details and discovered that I have to send them a cheque, (if I can remember how to write one!) for £35 Admin fee!!

My question is, should I be paying this or should I be asking the dealer? We collect the van tomorrow so will ask them anyway but just wondered if anyone else has paid this and is it the norm?

Seems a lot to me, for changing details on a screen!
