Inner Tent or Annex

We have 2 teenagers who are now too big for the bunk and do not want to share the double as boy and girl.  We have looked at the annexes to go with the awning but they seem awfully expensive.  Has anybody got any experiences of the inner tents for the awnings,
good or bad, or shall we just leave one of them at home!!!
