Why do Penguins waddle ?

There is a survey currently underway by a team of Scientists, to try to find out why they waddle, I would loke to know who the hell is paying for this whilst there is so much devastation and poverty going on in the World at present.

What does the Panel think ? do you care WHY Penguins waddle
