Motorway service stations on the M5

Hi all. We are all set for our first long trip down to Minehead from Nottingham In three weeks. We have only ventured on short trips up to now and we are finding the thought of driving down the M5 to Minehead some what daunting We will need to stop for fuel
and refreshments on the M5 and was wondering if anyone can recommend a service station With easy parking for our car and caravan outfit and easy access for fuel. We would also love to here any tips for service stations and whether we are worrying over nothing
