removing interior blinds
y rear window blind has become crumpled and won't go down without jumping out of the slots and crumpling even more. Anyone know how to remove it, there are covers with presumably screws underneath all around the frame.

You might find that the little pin bits at the bottom of the blind have broken, they are easy to get at a caravan shop and simply push into the ends of the bottom of the blind. worth a look and much easier than taking the whole blind off.
Another cause might be the notch in the side of the frame where the pins hold in to have worn, we fixed this by filing it into a new notch.

Without knowing what 'van you have and what brand of blinds it's difficult to be precise. What is certain is that you should be very careful what you do.
Most window units are one-piece including the glazed unit and the pull up/down blinds. The window units are offered up to the van, one half inside the other outside, then pulled together using the screws behind those covers. So undoing those screws could
well cause the window to become loose in the sidewall, break the sealant and cause a leak. Not a good idea.Even if you can get the blinds off without disturbing the integrity of the glazed unit / frame, many blinds seem to rely on a complex system of springs that delight in 'exploding' everywhere with no chance whatsoever of re-assembly.
The problem may well have been caused by the blinds being left in the closed position whilst the 'van wasn't in use.
Personally I'd talk to a local caravan engineer and get his take on the most cost effective solution.
