Snooper sat nav

hi everyone,                                                                 i have a snooper ventura s6450 caravan club edition about 4 years old,with lifetime map updates, i am unable to update  i need a larger sd card, snooper tec support say it will
cost £10,  a £400 device should have an sd card  fit for purpose, has anyone else had this problem. regards vi.
