Jeep Recall

I have just read a letter in the current edition of Practical Caravan that said that there has been a recall on Cherokee and grand Cherokee and are not suitable for towing, any Jeep ownwers out there who would like to comment as I would love to know the
reason as I always thought of them as great towcars, I don't want to put the wind up Jeep Owners but thought if you don't know or haven't been contacted by Jeep you ought to know so you can take it up with your local Dealer
