Kampa rally ace awning - problems with mould spore

we have had a serious problem with mould spores on the inside of our Kampa rally ace  as it is still under warranty  contacted the supplier and Kampa but are still trying to resolve this issue with them. We had a Kampa rally pro 390 for 3 years which servied
us well with no problems of mould at all so that is why we purchased the rally ace when it was new on the market in March 2014.
we would like to know if anyone else has had a similar problem as ourselves
