Kampa ace 400 awning

I purchased a new Kampa ace 400 awning last March and noticed the interior material started to get what appeared to be mould spots which became a lot worse during the 2014 season. Having had a Kampa pro 390 awning for approximately 3 years with no problems
of this sort at all, I contacted the retailer and sent photos, they in turn contacted Kampa who were not interested at all just said it was down to condensation. I would like to know if anyone else has a Kampa ace 400 with the same problem?
