Leaking kitchen tap

ok so now we have removed the smelly caravan battery that's that problem solved for now, 

next problem the kitchen sink tap is blooming leaking now ( coachman pastiche 2010) so hubby is under the sink trying to disconnected said tap !!! Does any one have any idea if it's a full tap replacement or a washer that's needed, the leak seams to dripping
from the top swivel part of the tap when it's on , 

any thing else goes wrong I,m off home !!!
