Removing side panel windows

Hallo all

I have a Ford Transit, 1997, converted by REIMO. (See Photo on our membership ID) I want to remove the side panel window, so that I can deal with the rust that is beginning to develop on the bottom rim of the hole for the window.

Any suggestion as to how to go about doing this? Having dealt with the rust, I may get a new window put in its place.
