Block paving and caravans

I have a twin axle Bailey without a mover, and am thinking of having my drive block paved. I have to manouvere a certain amount to move the caravan out, and wondered before i spend a lot of moey, if others found problems with movement of block paving when
moving caravan? Grateful for any advice from CC members. Thanks
