Bearsted "Quick Booking" Problem

I have just tried booking this site using the "quick book system", pitches available checked everything but it would not let me book, I tried this three times so went  back to the main page and did it the long way, this was accepted and has been confirmed,
I think someone from the Club ought to have a look at this as bookings may be lost
