I stayed on this site over Christmas for 10 days, a lovely posistioned site, close to Warwick, with all it's pubs and restuarants, let alone Historic places to visit, all within walking distance. It SHOULD be a 5 star popular site, as busy as Baltic Wharf
always is. And Yet... it is very sad and run down,The perimeter fence is down in places, causing a security risk, The access 'panels' that are laid across the Muddy racetrack in the entrance, are dangerously disjointed, cars and caravans are in danger of sliding
off or bottoming out in the mud. It desperately needs to be ALL hardstanding, as the Grass pitches are all a quigmire most of the time, The toilet block is very tired and not up to CC standard, loose screws and shower boards, taps that don't turn off, and
no privacy cubicles. It needs money spending on it, and quickly !

It has parkland all around it, perfect for Dog Walkers, a Supermarket within walking distance. In short it is a perfectly placed site, especially for motorhomers without a car to get about.   SO, why is it being allowed to 'Wither on the Vine'. when it could
be such a Gold Mine. ?? Am I missing something ??
