12v lighting

We have purchased a 2004 Lunar Stella caravan & intend to use it occasionally without electric hook up.  Can anyone advise if it's possible to update the 12v lighting to led.  Would each of the light units need replacing, or is it possible to replace the
bulb with a led.  If so, can anyone advise how to access the bulb, does the lens/cover just pull away from the body ?  Appreciated any help offered, thanks. Derek
