Tyre recommendations

Hi all, as a newbie to the motorhome world on our first van

We are heading off abroad this year and for safety sake want to change the old tyres. It is currently on Michelin XC camping tyres of 215/70/15. Have to say not been impressed with wet grass grip. So what would you recommend. Both on makes and do i really
need to stick to camping tyres?. I think tyre technology has moved on but maybe not as much on this size of tyre(particularly with camping spec) as probably most new vans are on 16in wheels

I am sure many of you have debated this before and can help me with your experience
