To cover or not to cover? That is my dilemma.

I have a 2 years old Autosleeper Wiltshire that is not used from end November till early April. It stands in our farmyard and is open to the elements. Inside it I run a humidity controlled dehumidifier which does a great job. My dilemma concerns the merits
of protecting the exterior from the ravages of rain and hence pools of standing water on the roof, algae growth and sealant degradation around the rooflights, aerial etc., versus the cover inducing damp and mould growth in the interior.
All advice will be very much appreciated.
Thank you.
