Mobile Servicing/ NCC Approved

We are wanting to begin using a mobile service engineer so the van can be serviced at home, however we understand that providing the enhineer is NCC (hope this is correct) approved the warrenty is ok. However how do you check he is approved?

Do you ask for his approval certificate etc to make sure all is well?
