Are these aerials any good? Avtex say they are directional and can be changed from vertical to horizontal polarity when required. Would you recommend them for weak signal areas?

    Mostly positive reviews on Amazon but build quality seems to be an issue.

    Avtex sell two aerial amplifiers, the more expensive one having an led signal strength measuring capability which is useful when rotating the aerial looking for the strongest signal.
