CC Barclaycard Redeeming rewards

Does anyone know how to redeem points earned with the CC credit card?

I have used the phone no given on the CC site which when called gives a web address that having tried does not accept my log in details I use for the Barclay site.

Tried to seach CT but only found pages from CC
