Just had a chat with the chap servicing our caravan - an independant agent. In broad terms his experience is Swift and Coachman are at the better end of UK manufacturers with Lunar/Compass/Eldiss at the other end and Bailey in between. Generally German/continental
vans all good with hardly ever any leak/damp problems reported even on 'budget' brands such as Adria. Also mentioned tyres and recommends Hankook for longevity and less prone to UV degredation and cracking. He says they will be ok upto 7 years without any
problem. 

Now I just need to talk OH out of wanting that Bailey U3 next.....
