Sliding door rail and fixings

We have a Swift 580 that has a sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom.  The door keeps coming off its bottom runner when travelling even thought it is locked open.  Does anyone know how to adjust the fixings on the top rail so that the door can
be dropped down a little bit to stop it jumping off the bottum rail?
