Primus 2490 water heater system

hi all, i have only been caravaning a year,so new to this. i have the primus 2490 system in my abi award, and i had the warning sign come up on the control panel that the gas had run out, the gas hadn`t there was plenty of gas going to the boiler. assumed
the boiler packed up, so i bought a new one, i installed this and worked perfectly for 4 weeks and then the same symptoms. is there a rest button anywhere? has anyone had any similar problems, pulling my hair out, its starting to get cold. any advice would
be greatly appreciated. thx tony
